II.The Planning of the Reopening Junior Division of Chung Cheng Armed Forces Preparatory School

In order to maintain the sufficient provision of long-term fundamental military officers and attain the purpose of cultivating military education, Ministry of National Defense plans to reopen the Junior Division of Chung Cheng Armed Forces Preparatory School in 107 academic year for the admission and focus on “bilingual” classes to elevate the knowledge and personality of the “long-term service” junior military officers of the Army in the future by providing students multiple selections for study and gaining a win-win result.

In 107 academic year, the Junior Division of Chung Cheng Armed Forces Preparatory School plans to have 250 male students with the age under 15 graduated from the elementary schools this year for admission, and focuses on “bilingual education,” “character education,” and “exploring education,” as the three main features of the school. The curriculum will be planned and implemented by following the regulations of Ministry of Education to provide five ways of life (moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic aspects) in teaching and concentrate on holistic education to elevate the knowledge and personality of the “long-term service” junior officers of the Army in the future

The principle of education in the Junior Division of Chung Cheng Armed Forces Preparatory School is to cultivate students to have the concepts of patriotism and cooperation, train them to think independently and learn to be honorable and disciplined with good manners. The school hopes to educate students to have good character, providing them with physical training, and helping them to fit into group life and gain knowledge in studies and language learning for the purpose of letting all what they learn be the valuable assets of their whole lives.

III.The Description of “Education Recall” Information Policy Conveyed by Sending the “Cell Phone Message”

Ministry of National Defense claimed today (0206), the recall notification letter for mobilization was posted yesterday (02/05). After receiving the letter, the reservist should scan the QR Code on the letter, check it on the Reserve Forces Online Service Desk, (https://afrc.mnd.gov.tw/EFR/default.aspx), and remember all the recall information in order to speed up the registration.

The function of the Reserve Forces Online Service Desk in 2018 has been improved from the Recall Inquiry System in 2017; therefore, it is available to check the “education recall” schedule and the information of mobilization recall, apply for reserve soldiers, register for the promotion of reserve service, and reissue the lost Military Service Discharge Order for all reservists to use. After receiving the education recall order, the reservist should register for the recall on schedule.

In order to let those reservists who do not receive the education recall order can register for the recall on schedule, the cell phone message will be sent to those whose letters by post have been returned and those whose letters have to be given directly by the police before the recall in order to notify the recall.
